Simon Ridley (UK)
Simon has been dancing modern jive for 18 years - and teaching for 14 of those. He runs the Jive Club in the east of London, teaching basic classes plus all sorts of specialist modern jive workshop for more
experienced dancers.
Christelle Fournès (FR)
One of the founders of Simpy Leroc, Christelle is a qualified Leroc
trainer and a vibrant dancer. Her background in ballroom jive, latin and salsa gives her a style and technique
that every modern jiver looks for.
Hacer Hacisalihoglu (D)
Hacer began with jazz dance aged 11 and hasn't looked back. She's twice taken first place in the German modern
dance championships and has taught and performed around Germany, including being a regular teacher at Munich's own M.JIVE.
Thierry Gauthier (FR)
Thierry is the other co-founder of Simpy Leroc in the south of England, but his French roots are integral to his style and panache.
He specialise in fusion - bringing tango, salsa and other latin influences into modern jive.
Paul Stevenson (UK)
Paul has been dancing since 2000 and started teaching in 2005.
In 2004 he set up Pulse Dance which has grown from pure modern jive to offer classes in
9 different dance styles including West Coast Swing and Argentine Tango.
Jan & Mike Heffey (UK)
Jan & Mike mix great-looking style with expert technique. They run and teach at Wrexham's Dance Verve
modern jive club - energy, style and fun.
John & Hazel Lusby (UK)
The Maestro and Mistress of smooth jive, stlye, improvisation and west coast fusion. Occasionally known
to add some Zumba to the routine!
