Twice a year Munich hosts Germany's one and only modern jive weekender:
the Jivin' Munich *Spring Fling* and *Winter Warmer*.
Modern jivers and guest teachers from the UK and elsewhere join Munich's own M.JIVERS for a weekend
of workshops, parties, freestlyes and outings. Our aim - to give you a top-notch dance holiday, value for money and a great experience.

The workshops
Our teachers from the UK, France and Germany bring moves, styles and techniques for all levels. Each morning you have three streams of workshops to choose from and there's something for everyone. The workshops are held in the Gelb-Schwarz-Casino (GSC), a bright and well-equipped dance venue in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the central station. Take a look at the programme for the full details. All teaching is in English.
Parties & freestyles
Every night. Friday and Saturday nights we offer a main dancefloor with modern jive classics and a second room for blues and smooth jive. Our Sunday party venue is the wild card, dancing outside by the lakeside in the spring or trying out a city-centre dance venue in the winter.
Munich: Hauptstadt Bayern
Munich is Bavaria’s capital, a great place to visit both day and night. Jivin’ Munich weekenders include plenty of time to visit the city and its sights, joining our group outings or independently. In the spring we visit beer gardens, parks and lakes; in the winter it's Christmas markets and glühwein, ice-skating and the winter festival.
