M.JIVE DVD
The M.JIVE DVD contains all 31 beginners moves - with demonstrations, full explanations and a
breakdown of the beats. There's an introduction section with an explanation of M.JIVE basics - connection,
lead & follow, and the simple foot pattern.
The moves are then put together into 12 routines - each consisting of three moves - which are danced to music,
to show how the whole thing fits together.
